清醒梦：冥思苦想的旅程

Can I buy Remee in stores?
Not at this time. Right now, our website is the best way to get a Remee.
I live overseas. How much is shipping? How long will it take? Is there a faster way?
We ship USPS Priority Mail international for $23.95 - the estimated time of delivery by the USPS is 6-10 business days but will occasionally take longer. Shipping to Canada is $19.95
How does Remee know when I am dreaming?
In default mode, Remee waits towards the end of the night when most people are in longer, deeper periods of REM sleep - these are the cycles where you are most likely to experience vivid dreams. Your dream signal will play at specific intervals of your choosing during these later stages of sleep, increasing the chances of catching you while dreaming.
I used to have a mask like this but it was the size of a toaster oven and just as hot to wear to bed. Why is this better?
With just such toaster ovens in mind, we designed Remee to be much smaller, thinner, lighter, and easier to sleep with than previous iterations of lucid dreaming masks.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping notification with a link to your delivery confirmation number on the day your order is processed.
Why does my tracking number show that my package is stuck in Jamaica?
Jamaica, New York is the location of John F. Kennedy Airport - If your package appears "stuck" here for a few days, it simply means that it was loaded onto an airplane and is on its way to you. Whether it continues to track past this point is dependent on the country of delivery.
What can I do to practice lucid dreaming while I wait?
The key to lucid dreaming is recognizing when you're dreaming! Lucidipedia.com/tutorials is a good start.

Huzzah! My Remee is here, but…

My Remee didn't have a battery tab! Is my unit used/refurbished/broken/or of otherwise compromised virtue?
No worries. A few Remees were sent without battery tabs - it should have no impact on functionality.
The button on the front of my Remee doesn't do anything! Is it ignoring me?
After a 10 second period with no input, Remee thinks you are ready to begin using it, and goes to sleep. This is easy to recognize because all six lights will fade in and then back out. At this point Remee will no longer react to button presses or even harsh language. Try turning Remee off and back on again - you'll see that the button is active as long as the "going to sleep" light pattern hasn't been shown.
I am having trouble programming my Remee! What am I doing wrong?
Try watching this video to make sure you are performing the procedure correctly. Next, try the following steps: 1. Change browsers if you are using Internet Explorer 2. Make sure no foam or fabric are covering either of the light sensors 3. Raise the brightness on your monitor 4. Dim the lights in the room 5. Change to a different monitor
I updated my settings! How can I see what my signal will look like?
To see your dream signal, simply double click the selection button on the front of Remee right after start up. After your signal has been displayed, Remee will return to the brightness indicator and you can put it on and go to sleep, enter nap mode, enter programming mode, or turn it off.
How can I reset my Remee to factory defaults?
To reset your Remee to the settings it had when it arrived, turn your Remee on and enter Programing Mode by pressing and holding the selection button for 7 seconds (after 4 seconds, you will see the Nap Mode indicator - continue to hold the button for an additional 3 seconds). Once in programming mode, double click the selection button 3 times. After each double click, one of the lights on the right hand side will light up. When all 3 have lit up the mask will restart itself and your settings will return to default.
